My Shortcomings!

I've been telling my friends that I am getting an itch to cut my hair AGAIN. About 2 1/2 years ago I had cut it into a bob right underneath my chin. By a years time, it grew back out about a inch past the nape of my neck. March 07', I shaved off the back, and cut it diagonally, from my chin up. As of July 2, it is now about 2 1/2-3" below the nape of my neck. I really Hate when it gets into this stage because to me it just feels so common. I love for my hair to be styled. All the time! I'd rather it be short or really long, so when it gets to this length, I become impatient. Now with Summer in full effect, I can't help it to see my Favorite ..Miss Rihanna, with her gorgeous short cut. Even Keyshia Coles has an awesome wavy thing going on. Between them both, I am losing my mind, and I feel like soon, I'm going to be losing my hair.... Here are my inspirations..

For those who are thinking the same that I'm thinking, there is a website that you can go to and upload your pic, and try the hairstyles on your head before you take the big leap!

  • What do you guys think? Keep it short? Or girl your worked to hard?
  • Have you went this short before? Is so, tell me of your experiences..

"When the character of a man is not clear to you, look at his friends." Japanese Proverb

This quote truly solidifies the term "Birds of a feather flock together". When you look at my circle of friends, you can truly see me. You can see where I've come from as well as get answers as to why I am where I am now....They are a great deal of the reason. I fully live by the rule that I only need people in my life that I can benefit from. It might sound selfish, but I give what I want to get. Therefore, If I want 100%, I always strive to give that.

On another note, something interesting that I discovered was that you can tell what kind of MAN/Woman you have by his/ her friends as well! It might sound cliche, but if your mate is the marrying type, then most likely they would want the same goals for their future. They might try to keep things interesting by always trying to out do each other, but most of the time, they share the same views on life as a whole.

I never really ask questions in my quotes. Usually they are what they are. However, this one is "iffy".

Do you agree birds of feather flock together? Or do you think you can have friends that are "weird", and still be your own person?

That's a wrap!

So, I recently joined the DIY committee. Sometimes life gets to busy for you to pay a visit to the hairdresser. With the economies lows, you also become tight with your money. We still have to find another way to "carry on" with our lives, and still make things work.

I've been doing my hair at home for a while now, and there are just certain ingredients needed to get "salon like" results. One of my must haves is By Mizani. The foam wrap is ideal for any wet set. This product is a foam that contains Shea butter for moisturizing, and their own patented ceramide technology.Ceramide has been researched and found to be healthy for African American hair. By analysing the lipids extracted from human hair, a fraction of free-ceramide was isolated. The same ceramide binds to African–American hair and protects it from weakening caused by chemicals. I know this seems like a lot of "Mumbo Jumbo", so long story short, most products containing this ingredient is good for the hair. It also leaves the hair pretty manageable. Lastly, the Foam wrap contains style memory that leaves you with lasting sets. Usually after the first week, my bounce starts to become stiff, but ever since I starting using this product, it is quite the opposite.

This product can be purchased at

  • Mizani.com,$ 13.99
  • Sleekhair.com, $13.99
  • totalbody.com, $13.49

Have you tried Mizani before?

If so, what products are your favorite?

If your a natural kind of girl, Mizani can still work for you. Please see how at honeybrownsugar.com.

Now they're Hawt!

Style Spotlight: Rihanna

Now, I know this might be a little cliche since everyone is talking about Miss Rihanna. However, I LOVE her. Everything about her I love. I love her funkiness, her confidence, and her edge mixed with sophistication. She inspires me in so many ways other then singing, or the way that she dresses. She is so young, but she exudes an aura about her w/o saying much, that makes you just wanna see, know, and be around her. I loved watching the evolution from island girl, to Foxy grown woman. On the other hand, her songs aren't too inappropriate for her age, which makes it easy to say that she can be a role model for girls her age and younger. Coming from a Caribbean nationality myself, It's wonderful too see someone from the islands who can come out and do something, or excuse me..everything else then just Caribbean music. She has broadened the scope for islanders, and she makes it look so easy. Aside from that, She is HAWT!
Here are some of my favorites..

You know I give her a TEN, what do YOU think of her style?

I am a firm believer that what you reap is what you sew. In the case of attitudes, I'm working on it! I don't always have the best, and sometimes I lack patience to the point of exploding. However, that is the first sign of change. Positive change. Admitting it. It helps identify the problem and then combat it. Whatever I put out into the world is what will come back in the long run, no matter what. Kindness ALWAYS out ways negativity. You ARE your attitude. Your attitude helps solidify what people think about you. Put your best YOU forward, things always seems to work itself out when you do.

Dandruff 101:

About three years ago, my life was interrupted by a dandruff attack! Aside from that, I was experiencing a tremendous amount of itchy scalp periods, and hair breakage. Usually this would happen while the seasons are changing, but it just became to scary and irritating to deal with. I had to find the fix. My BFF, was experiencing hair difficulties at the time and began going to this Jamaican Hair stylist who only uses Mizani & Aveda hair products at her salon. Since my BFF had the same issues that were remedied, she recommended Scalp Remedy by Aveda to me. She also let me in on an inside secret that it frees up your scalp from mildew buildup that in result helps your hair grow quicker. I have now been using it faithfully for the past 2-3 years, and I have not seen one flake since. No exaggerations!

When I started using it at first, it came in a heavy formula. Now they recently introduced a very light liquidy formula that does not weigh down your hair. I asked my BFF's stylist on Sunday her thoughts of the new formula. She said that she feels that it is indeed TEN times better, and she recommends it .

Scalp Remedy can be found of course at any Aveda location, or Aveda.com.

Style Report: Balenciaga Gladiator Shoes

This trend is becoming huge. With so many different styles to choose from, it gets very overwhelming. I personally love Givenchy's interpretation of the trend, among others. I must say though, the line that I am loving the most has got to be Balenciaga's Spring/ Summer 08' RTW,which includes his interpretation of the infamous "Gladiator Sandal".

I love love love his selection. It comes in so many different colors, as well as styles. So many celebrities have been seen wearing them including, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie, and Jennifer Connelly is reported to be the new face for Balenciaga Ads. Rihanna recently wore them on 106 & Park. Take a look below.

I love this trend, but more importantly, what do you think about it?

"That's so me", or "Leave it for the Runway!"

This is quote is surprisingly VERY funny to me only because it reminds me of one of my Friends. She will cuss you out or shut you up in so many words. Things that will make you feel as big nothing. However, she always manages to add a :) at the end of it. A smile, or a subtle joke even, but you always know what she means, and she means what she says... according to her.
Although there's a time and place for everything, and Sometimes you just need to be"frank", I have recently adapted this method in order to not sound too stern or crass . It helps accordingly.
So when in doubt, throw a smile in, or better yet, go with some "Good Humor".

**The Return of Leather**

Not to say that it was gone, but it has been inching it's way back in slowly but surely. I'm excited about this trend because Leather is being used in so many different ways then just the norm. Gone are the days of leather pants, and leather skirts (although I still love love love the look), now Leather is showing up in both shorts, and surprisingly Dresses!! I know it sounds unrealistic to wears these such items in the season that it's Trending (SUMMER!), it's still pretty cute. You tell me!

Janet wore it on 106 and park the other day..

Sarah Jessica Parker Tried this Alexander McQueen Number herself...

Elizabeth Banks wore another one of Alexander's pieces to his new store opening

Here is a cute option that's so Rhianna-ish

What do you think about this Trend?

"That's so me" or "Leave it for the Runway"!

Now They're HAWT!

Style Spotlight: Solange Knowles

Solange was never a style inspiration for me personally, but lately she has me stirred up! Not Musically, but style wise. I have not listened to her new sound yet since it's leaked, but I've been seeing sooo many pics of her lately, and I've got to say, She is Fierce! She looks more grown up to me. What I love the most about Solange is, she is not afraid to take risks. She does as she feel. I admire that. Not the Norm, but not over the top..

Here are my most inspirational Picks.

I give her a TEN, What do you think of her new found Style??

Restaurant Reviews!

Today's Restaurant Spotlight is

HARU Sushi

I am truly a Sushi Fanatic. I use to be so skeptical about sushi since most of the key rolls are made with uncooked fish. I was never a big fish fan, but after I discovered Sushi for myself, this was a breaking point for me. Although I am a huge fan, I am still pretty careful where I get sushi from. I do not eat it from every or anyone. On my hunt to find some great sushi restaurants, a co-worker informed me of Haru Sushi. I have been ordering from there ever since. I have gone to the restaurants as well which are tons of fun with my favorite being the location in Times Square. My recommendations are the booth seats surrounded by tall bamboo sticks. Ooh-la-la.

***My good friend Aloe Vera***
As you all may recall in previous entries, I suffered from a great deal of stomach problems. My issues aren't as bad as they use to be thanks to my Colonhydrotherapist. I have stated before that I try to get a colonix at least once a month to flush out my system safely. One of the things that my therapist recommended as one of the absolute necessity is the one and only Aloe Vera. Some people can't stand to take Aloe Vera as it is too bitter for them. Some resort to taking it as a vitamin. I personally drink it, 4-8 oz a day. Aloe Vera has helped my digestive system in so many ways. That in conjunction with not combining certain foods, and changing my diet overall has pretty much transformed me.

If you do not have digestive problems Aloe Vera is still awesome to take for overall wellness for the inside and outside. For some other great benefits of Aloe Vera click http://www.aloeverafacts.com/aloe-vera-benefits.html for more info. To make it even easier to be healthier with Aloe Vera, several brands have flavored Aloe Vera Juice. Please see below for some options.

What this quote is saying to me is that in order to gain Success, you have to be able to accept change when it comes, and be able to evolve with it. It also means that although you might mess up, you need to take ownership of what it is that you've done wrong, acknowledge it, fix it and move on. Do not waste precious time beating yourself up over it because while you are spending time beating yourself up, you lose enthusiasm as well as the drive you have and need in order to complete the task. Life is about living and learning, just the opportunity to learn is a gift! Keep striding!

Sensual Reviews!

Brampton, Ontario
So for Memorial Day weekend, my boyfriend and I took a trip to Canada. Brampton, Ontario to be exact. I have always heard such nice things about Canada, but I must admit, I was never enthusiastic to go there. However, lately I've been getting these urges to go to different places that I wouldn't normally be attracted to just to learn about it. To just experience it anyway. I must say I have been quite surprised. Canada is so beautiful. I would love to live there now that I've experienced it. I never thought I would feel this way due to my love for the city life. I was shocked to go downtown to "Eaton Center", and experience their city life. I must say that it is gorgeous. It reminds me of the Village on West Broadway in New York. Times square has Nothing on Eaton Center! If you've never been to Canada before, I've taken some pictures to entice you.
This is Eaton Centre

This is the Village, Downtown

There's Fashion Everywhere!

I would like to to visit Canada again, but I want to try different areas to get myself well acquainted!

  • Have you been to Canada before? If so how was it?
  • What parts of Canada do you recommend?

-Carol's Daughter-

So I've heard a lot of wonderful things about Carol's Daughter Products. I'm sure that most of you have heard the story before, but for those of you who have not..Here it is.

Lisa Price, a Brooklyn Native began mixing and making her products in her kitchen for herself as well as friends back in 1993. She made everything from Essential oils, and natural moisturizers, to homemade elixirs. All of this was done precisely, full of care, and not to mention...by hand. She came up with the name Carol's Daughter due to honor and inspiration from her mother.

After being introduced to a well known Record executive, the word spread, and her products became available to the mass via Web, or Mail order. Now with a Flagship store in Harlem, as well as the Legacy store in Brooklyn (where it all began), Her chain has been broadened to California as well as Maryland. Now with celebrity investors Mary J blige, and Jada Pinkett Smith, Carol's Daughter is sure to be an ongoing influential mark for all entrepreneurs.

  • Have you tried Carol's Daughter Products?

  • What do you use from the line?

  • Do you have a favorite item that you just can't live without?

This Quote really touches me. I was speaking to my little brother yesterday, in which I am so proud of. Although he is my "younger" brother, he has taught me so much. He is so inspirational to me, and I love him dearly. He is graduating from high school this year with a regents diploma, and just got accepted to the college of his dreams. It's not Yale, or Harvard, but it's HIM. The school is in Miami, and it so hard to let him go. But I must. I am so protective of him. His feelings, his emotions, and his relationships. I don't want anyone getting in the way of his dreams.

He came to me yesterday concerning one of his Friends that he has had throughout his high school years. The friend has been obviously going through something for the past few weeks now, and like a friend, my brother openly expressed concern to him.The friend in return lashed out at him. He was confused and annoyed, and came to me for advise. He informed me that he is always there for the friend financially and more importantly as a friend so he wouldn't understand his reactions. He just wants the friend to be happy. I said listen, You have to be happy first. If you are happy, then you can help make others happy. But only IF they want to be happy. Please, please, please do not spend your life trying to help those that love to "play the victim", they will only become a burden on your shoulder, and they will keep draining you like a leech. People are in your life for a season sometimes. IF their season is up, let them go gracefully, and keep doing you, and get ready and prepared for what/ who GOD has in store for you next!

Someone has to know what the "Top" looks like to let us know that the "coast is clear".

Restaurant Review:

The big apple has so many restaurants to enjoy great dining. Whether it's for business, pleasure, or simply just because. You can definitely find something to satisfy your hearts desire, or better yet, your belly's desire! Today's Restaurant spotlight is:

Tao Restaurant

MY friends and I went there back in February to celebrate a Friends birthday. It was wonderful. There are two main seating attractions: The "Skybox", and the table for six located right in front of the 16 feet tall Buddha. The Skybox is a section located on the restaurants highest level, exclusively for a party of 16-26. While trying to catch up on SATC for the big premiere, I realized that one of the episodes was filmed there. It really captured the mood of the interior, and brought back great memories. Tao is a great restaurant if you don't mind huge crowds, or if your going out with a huge crowd. The food is great, the service was excellent, and you'll be sure to have a great time.

"Don't you know that I heard it through the grapevine"

Organic/ Biodynamic Wine

I have recently been slowly easing myself into living organic. Organic chicken, Organic Fish. I want to eventually be Organic in every way. However, Just like eating healthy period, It gets very costly, so it's not as easy. I am first trying to incorporate it into my eating habits with the things I consume the most. Fish, chicken, and Rice. As far as alcoholic Beverages, it's mostly Red Wine for me.
I began drinking Red Wine initially due to the fact that it contains more Antioxidants then any other types of wine. Unfortunately, They are still considered empty calories, but just a tad bit better then drinking rum, or Vodka.

Being that I want to go organic with Everything I consume, I decided to look up Organic Wine by reading reviews, and researching brands. I also got feedback from a co-worker. She loved it. She said that it taste great if not better, and because of that she consumed a lot of it. Surprisingly, she did not get a hangover, or one of those horrible headaches. Why switch to organic you say...See below.
  • An Organic Vineyard has a process that excludes artificial Fertilizers, and any synthetic chemicals such as pesticides, fungicides, growth regulators, and harmones.
  • Pest and rodents are fought off with natural bacteria based insecticides.
  • The taste is almost No different from regular wine.
  • Not having to go through the same routine as non-organic wine, The grapes are richer in taste rather then needing to be superficially enhanced.

The two types of wine that I usually go for Are Shiraz's, or Pinot Noir's. I also love any Port Wines right after dinner, or frankly, whenever! "Frey's" organic wines seem to be the most popular throughout my research. See some options below.

***Frey Vineyards Organic Pinot Noir

***2005 Rippon Pinot Noir Central Otago New Zealand (Biodynamic-Organic)

*********************************************************************

  1. Have you thought about going organic?
  2. Have you tried Organic wine yet?
  3. If so, what are your recommendations?
  4. Do you like the taste?

When it comes to my life and future goals, I tend to be a planner. I sit down and write every little detail out. I use my age as a mark of where I need to be by age 30, or by age 40. Ever so often things happen sporadically in my life. It is very rare. This happens because I feel that everyday is another opportunity to get & keep my life in order. There is probably a down side to this, because I don't really leave room for "surprise". However, the above quote supports my habit in taking control of what steps are completed in my life. I believe it's simply by choice. Granted there are people who get to where they are by chance, or simply inheritance. But most of the time, you have to step up, take control, make plans, and live each and every day as a "given" opportunity to make your dreams YOUR reality...
On our Journey to live Sensual-Lee we must exude integrity, and Grace to name a few... What does this Quote say to YOU?

***Blog Update***

The Braid

About a week and a half ago, I received a comment from the Wonderful 'DE' (beautylogic.blogspot.com) Concerning my Post on "The Braid". It seems to be an emerging trend, and she wanted to try it herself. She insisted on me posting a "How to" as I have tried it myself. (See the pics)! So thanks to 'DE', here goes.

***Please beware that This is based on my own experience, and how I did it on my hair texture.***

There are two ways that I personally interpreted this style . I call the first one, "The Crown".

Weapons: Paddle Brush, and some Finishing Gloss. (Try Aveda Brilliant Emollient Finishing Gloss). You will also need some Bobby pins, and the black small "Hair Rubber Bands". Lastly,Oil Sheen. Try Oil Sheen by "Olive Oil"

How To:

  • Comb your hair out starting from the middle having it out all around, Covering your face, the sides, and the back.

  • Part a line from the middle down to the nape of your neck.

  • Start the braid from the back.Whether you are a lefty or a righty determines what direction you go in. The reason to start it from the back is so that it goes around the front/top of your head like a crown with no starting/stopping point. This way it'll start/finish in the back, and most of the beauty of the style is taking place in the front. Start braiding with security until you get to either ear and then get a lil loose as you finish going around so that it appears thick and BIG.

  • Finish it off at the back where you began. If your hair is trimmed and groomed (which it should be, (clip your ends every 8 weeks ladies) it is most likely sharp on the ends if you hair is relaxed. At that point, apply the hair rubber band that is safer to use for hair. But still try to braid hair to the end as much as possible.

  • Be sure to purchase the Bobby Pin color that most matches your hair color. Apply as many pins as needed w/o bombarding the braid, or taking away from it by it looking untidy.

  • Lastly, spray some Oil sheen around the whole braid, and then lightly run your hand along the braid to rub in the shine.

"The side"

Weapons: Paddle Brush, and some Finishing Gloss. (Try Aveda Brilliant Emollient Finishing Gloss). You will also need the black small "Hair Rubber Bands".Lastly, Oil Sheen. Try Oil Sheen by "Olive Oil"

How To:
  • Comb your hair out starting from the middle having it out all around. Covering you face, the sides, and the back.

  • Part a line from the any side (left or right) down to either ear (left or right). The back side of the hair , after the part, comb it in the opposite direction of where you are starting the braid, that way you can grab the hair when you are finishing it off.

  • Start the braid from desired side.Whether you are a lefty or a righty determines what direction you go in. Start braiding with security till it's about 1" long, and then get a lil loose as you finish going around so that it appears thick and BIG.Be sure to braid it in a direction that has the braid "hugging" the sides of your face.

  • When you get to the bottom of your ear, start to pull in the hairs from the side that was combed from the back.

  • If your hair is trimmed and groomed (which it should be, clip your ends every 8 weeks ladies) It is most likely sharp on the ends if you hair is relaxed. At that point, apply the hair rubber band that is safer to use for hair. But still try to braid hair to the end as much as possible.

  • Be sure to purchase the Bobby Pin Color that most matches you hair color. Apply as many pins as needed w/o bombarding the braid, or taking away from it by it looking untidy.

  • Lastly, spray some Oil sheen around the whole braid, and then lightly run your hand along the braid to rub in the shine.

Ladies, let me know what you think about this post.

Gassy?

So I've learned that Gas in your system can erupt A lot of different Problems. For women that can be Constant Yeast Infections, and for men it can be Gas. Having severe gas problems can lead to Gastritis, or Irritable bowel Syndrome which can often be mistaken for the "stomach Flu". I had surgery on my back about 7 yrs ago for Scoliosis, so I permanently have two rods in my back to keep my spine straight. After my surgery procedure, I was put on Ibuprofen. Alot of people don't know this but Ibuprofen is apart of the large group of pain killers that are considered NSAIDS drugs. NSAIDS stands for Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs. These types of drugs are where the doctors go first when prescribing Back Pain relief. Unfortunately, Too much of this drug can eat out the lining of your tummy. And unfortunately this is what happened to me as well. I now can only take Tylenol for any pain that may occur. Also,With a weak tummy lining, Gas build up is more easily attainable to get then for the average person. Which brings me to my Healthee Product review.
Yeast cleanse By Solaray

Alot of woman use this for relief from constant Yeast infections, and others including men use this for relief of Gas build up. I've been using this product off and on for about 3 yrs now. And I must say, every time I get off of it, I can feel the difference. More bloated, and an increase in my stomach size right after I eat ALL the time, and I eat HEALTHY. This caused me to know that there is def a problem with my system. Yeast Cleanse by Solaray has helped me so much. I no longer have to go to the ER for Sharp Gas pains due to this as well as some help from drinking pure Aloe Juice that I buy from my colon Hydro therapist at lytnyc.com.

  • Have you ever tried this product?
  • Do you suffer from Gas/ Candida Build up?
  • If so, since A lot of people suffer from this, what has helped you?
  • Do you get Colonix's which also help ANY core issues, and also assist in well being?
  • If so, where do you go?

Share your thoughts so that we can all be Sensual-Lee Healthee

***Blog Update***

***I love to flirt*** Update!

So As I told you, I tried the flirty skirt myself. It was pretty daring as I do have some 'goodies' in my trunk. But the skirt had enough length to it (I believe, my boyfriend begs to differ, but what do they know?) That I think I pulled it off! It was so airy, but sexy. There something about taking a risk that gets you excited, and I was soo comfortable while doing it. See the pics..

I also found some more beautiful & reasonable options...

This style is from ASOS.com, $157

This style is from BEBE, $79. I like this one because it has the banded waistband that hides any 'tummy issues'.

This is the Forever 21 version of the above but more affordable @ $22.80. This also has the banded waistband to control your tummy.

This one if from BEBE, I know I have a lot on them, but they have wonderful prints. This beauty is $89 bucks!

What do you think about this trend?

  • To short?
  • To daring?
  • Eh, just not me... Let me know!

"You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. "
Zig Ziglar, "Secrets of Closing the Sale", 1984

Zig Ziglar is one of My absolute Favorites! To me it seems as though he just gets straight to the point w/o needing to use big words, in lengthy sentences. But his quotes still gives you the need to actually take a moment to think about he is saying.

I've heard this numerous times before, but in different way. What I get form this quote is simply that, the more you do for people, and lend yourself as a helping hand to others, the more people will look out for you. Apply this to every aspect in life, relationship, work, kids....Theres NO way you wouldn't be labeled, Best Friend, Mother, or even great Employee.

On our Journey to live Sensual-Lee we must exude integrity, and Grace to name a few... What does this Quote say to YOU?

Hello Everyone,

Hump Day is ALWAYS encouraging b/c you know that the wknd is but a glimpse away (2 days!) You just get a sense of excitement. People usually need to go out for a drink after work by Wednesday, just to get them thru the rest of the week. I usually go to church. I don't make it ALL the time, and sometimes I'd just rather hang out with my friends. But when I can't make it to do either or, A good word ALWAYS helps. S'why I decided to introduce a Quote of the week, but to share on Wednesdays. That way, it can be YOUR lil' 'umph' to help you to keep going!

The quotes will mostly be surrounded around improving ones character, personality, or just your well being. It'll be titled "Characteristically Sensual-Lee".

Don't worry you've got TWO more days to go!!

xoxo

Sensual Reviews!

SATC London Premieres

I'm sure everyone is a fan! I love love love Sex And the City. I have a huge crush on Mr. BIG. When people talk about Sex and The City, most of the topics are centered around the Materialistic aspect of the show. "Did you see Carrie's HUGE flower"?, Did you see her shoes?, Manolo Blahnik This and Jimmy Choo that"! But there are so many other wonderful things about the show that I love, then just the materialistic aspect.

SATC means more to me then Just Shoes, and SEX. To me it means That there ARE in fact woman who can get along. When I watch this show, I ENVY the love that they have for one another. The respect that they have for one another. The consideration they have for one another. I think there was an episode that Samantha was sick, and All of them came over to take care of her. She was a HOT mess, but her friends were there. Nowadays women can't seem to get along with even ONE other Female, and Every woman seems to NEED a Man!?!? But with this show, there were LOTS of Men, yes yes, I know. But the focal point of the show was centered around their friendships, and How they got thru things as well as learned together. I have 8 eight friends that I went to school with, and we do EVERYTHING together as a whole. We ARE a unit. To me SATC celebrates that!

Here are some pics of the London premiere.

Don't forget, SATC movie hits USA May 30Th. "Get carried away"!

The comeback..of the BRAID

***Sensual Beauty***
Remember way back when, when the biggest braid was the biggest trend? Well guess what? Just like leggings..They're baaacckk!

They have been spotted on so many different celebrities, in soo many different ways. From Beyonce, to Eva Pigford, Lauren Conrad from "The Hills", and Tracee Ellis Ross's appearance on Essence Magazine.

I personally loove loove loove them. I have experimented with this trend twice, and have gotten a tremendous amount of compliments, as well as questions. Such as "how did you do it", and "how long did it take"?

I have tried it braided around my full crown, as well as off to the side with inspiration from Tracee herself.
